My Sailing Coach makes one-to-one coaching accessible to all – using the power of the internet to provide communication. As a full My Sailing Coach member you will receive:

Membership for the whole crew

If your boat has more than one crew-member, the message centre offers even greater service, by allowing all the crew-members to leave messages for each other, planning training and event logistics. You can choose to share your views with the whole crew, or have private chats with your coach for more delicate matters. Each crew-member will need to be a My Sailing Coach member to access the website.

A telephone interview on joining, to establish the aims of the campaign, how much training time you can commit
A monthly training plan personalised to your boat, your needs and your particular goals
A programme of sailing exercises geared to develop the skills required to meet your aims, with videos and animated tutorials to explain simply how these should be carried out
A fitness programme based on the latest sports science, geared to developing the required strength and stamina to improve your sailing performance
An online calendar to plan your campaign, including your training and race log to record your successes and improvements
A quarterly review of your progress and help in adapting your strategy, both on and off the water
A library of information, including video and animations, offering insight into the strategies, techniques and mindsets that champions use to win sailing races
A message centre that allows you to contact your coach quickly and easily
A members' forum to share you views, and find out what other members of the My Sailing Coach programme think about current sailing events

At an affordable price

Each member pays only £20 per month for the service, with a minimum membership of one year.
